Opinião:

Uma pequena história que nos dá a conhecer um pouco mais do mundo Lunar e de quais os objectivos da rainha. Gostei de conhecer a personagem de Z, tanto o pouco que vimos da sua meninice, como a sua transformação em soldado. Gostei ainda mais de perceber que apesar de tudo aquilo pelo que passou continuou sempre integro e fiel a si próprio. Fiquei curiosa com o que há-de aparecer em Scarlet (que está a aguardar vez), e espero sinceramente vir a conhecer mais deste personagem, pois pareceu-me ser muito interessante e cativante.

Sem sombra de dúvidas uma bela maneira de a autora manter a expectativa dos seus leitores em alto nível.

Opinião:

Sendo que o terceiro livro está para ser editado brevemente achei que ler este pequeno livro me ajudaria a lembrar os personagens e acontecimentos. Como seria de esperar resultou e voltou tudo em catadupa.

Relativamente ao minilivro em si, gostei bastante de ficar a saber como é que Arlen descobriu as ruínas que o levaram a tornar-se no novo Libertador. As cenas com que o autor nos presenteou, originalmente escritas para serem incluídas nos livros e posteriormente retiradas, foram uma delícia. Principalmente aquela que nos mostra um Arlen jovem, sempre pronto a desafiar a noite. Também gostei bastante das pequenas introduções elaboradas pelo autor, em que o mesmo contextualiza a história e nos explica o motivo de ela não ter sido incluída nos livros. Não poderia deixar de referir ainda o Grimoire. Fiquei feliz por finalmente ter tido a possibilidade de ver compiladas, num só local, todas as guardas bem como as suas utilizações e características.

Uma pequena delícia para os fãs do autor.
